Why is it so hard for people to put the location in the header?

What's even most frustrating now is people not even putting what they are selling!!!!!!!!!!!

I maybe a mere newie to this forum but already I am finding it a pain in the arse that the majority of the first couple of pages in the clasifieds (thats as far as I can get before i've had enough) are filled with either non descript listings, listings with no location or aged listings that seem to have been bumped every day since the creation of the site... If the grey areas were removed (list in accordance with the rules or listing deleted), this would be a more pleasurable, successfull experience for all buyers and sellers.. N.
