no worries.

I should be proud of myself, I rarely if ever know anything about ratsnakes, not my bag

Glad one of the random and previously useless nuggets of information has apparently come in handy.

I wouldn't at all be surprised if someone pops along and corrects me though, that'd be par for the course with my ratsnake knowledge.

Wow. I feel all weird inside. I got some rat snake trivia correct first time for everything!

surely photos are easy.

Hand in viv, snake attach onto hand, withdraw hand, take picture, stick hand back in viv, shake violently, slam viv door cursing.

Voila.

I'll shut up now, best of luck with the sale. a very interesting species.

Being pedantic you're almost right :
Common Names: Stinking Goddess, King Ratsnake, Keeled Ratsnake
Scientific Name:
Elaphe carinata carinata
but being a non-ratty I'll give you that one.
They are beautifully marked snakes but can be a bit shy or nervous and can bite and musk without warning. If you have the time to handle them they can become calm but there's always the risk of the odd nip.
Graham.
