Default 1 Western Hognose - testing the water?

We have only had her a week and she's so sweet. She's eating well. She's about 22 inch long.

The thing is we don't feel we have the confidence needed to have a snake which means she is not getting the attention she needs. We thought we would be alright, we did our homework, visit several shops, handled different snakes. But now we're home with her, she's nervous because she's in a new home and we're nervous. She deserves better than this. While we're prepared to give it a go and see what happens with time we feel it would be much better for her to go to someone who knows exactly what they're doing and are happy to get her out etc.

So if you're interested and you have these already and are not a newbie to snake keeping please pm me

Viv not included as we may get some day geckos instead.

here are some pics

Oh! she is pretty!...Shame you are so far away, we have been looking for a female hoggy for a while. Tis a shame you can't keep her, I was nervous with my male, but I ignore the hissing now and just tell him to hush!

I would say keep her, hognoses will usually flatten out and hiss and bluff strike, but thats just the type of snake they are, ignore her being huffy and once she is out the viv she should calm down a lot

Keep her its all bluff with hognose believe me got a few here that do the same but that's what I love about em so much bravardo for such a tiny creature.

They settle once you've got them out and handle them.
