interesting observation Yusu. I've noticed that oout of all the species we keep the retics take the longest to shed, we have some that hang on after going blue for 3-7 weeks! Some also take a full day to shed so always shed in peices rather than whole skins. Good sheds, as in everything comes off, but in bits. They like to take their time! not all of them do this though. They do stay "in shed" forever sometimes though.

3-7 weeks are quite long, isn't it?!

I have never kept giganic pythons in my life.
Mainland retic seem they take long time to shed...

By the way, the longest shedding time in my house was my female 1 year old Yonaguni Stinking goddess. She took for 2 weeks in milky eyes and shed after 8 days.
