She's a proper cutie! Looks like the skull is her new favourite hide. How old is she now? Mine are just coming up 7 mths, but are quite possibly the slowest growing snakes I've ever had! They have rather large heads (bigger than my 3yr old corn) but no real body weight yet. Yours looks a little chunkier than mine, so I'm guessing older?

I had this discussion with a chap who works in Viper and Vine in Manchester and he has the exact same opinion, he's worked mainly with Bredls, but he says same slow growth rate there too. Must be a carpet thing! Yeah, they top out about 5-6ft, and are quite chunky, not BCI chunky, but bulkier than a BRB. Our pair at 7mths weigh in at 113g and 118g as of 20/04/08, but just seem so small for their age. In comparison to yours at a year, my BRB at the same age weighed in at 302g! Oh well, we'll just have to wait and see how they all grow up! Their appetites are sure off the chart....greedy monkeys!
