Default FINALLY - our first corns eggs of the year.

It seems like everyone else has had eggs and even hatchlings this year already, I was wondering if anyone was ever going to lay here.

So I am very pleased to have my first clutch of the year, seventeen good eggs and no slugs from my gorgeous bloodred girl. Dad is a fire, and she is het amel so fingers crossed for a little female fire for me to keep.

Well all my babies from last year are growing up now ... I miss having tiny hatchlings about! So let's just hope they hatch.

Oh you'll have to A fire female that eats like Strawberry would be great, bloodreds have such dodgy reputations for feeding but this pair have never been any hassle.

Ta Nige. Your lad's girlfriend is blue atm, so he'll be getting another shot once she sheds, let's hope that's not too late!

I thought I'd just add some photos of the proud parents.

The mother is Strawberry, bloodred het amel:

And the dad is the lovely Fire ... a fire:
