Solomon Island's big meal.
One of the boas refused a medium sized rat last night so rather than waste it I thought I'd see if Izzy would eat it. It was only 5 days since her normal meal of a large weaner rat but she struck and although it took her a while she got it down. Not bad for a snake that would only occassionally eat and then only scented medium mice back in July.
