I'm not sure a hook that small would protect you from a snake that big!!
(I wouldn't give it a go, that's for sure)
He looks lovely, how long is he?

the length of the hook isn't too important if you aproach from the right direction as for the length of him he is around 10ft and heavy

I love how shiny and smooth green 'condas look - never having met one up close, is that how they are?

this is a yellow conda but all condas tend to be shiny and smooth they probably have the smothest feeling skin i have felt on a snake

he is in a 6x2 and will shortly be moved into an 8x2 which he will share with his lady conda friend
