is it ok to keep snakes in hay bedding? ive always wondered coz id like to do tht but didnt no if it was ok or harmful to them wb .

help the crickets got out help me get them lol

I was advised that it's not a good practice to use hay as bedding because my burm can accidentally swallow the hay during feeding and it might cause impaction but my problem then was i was living in the province and far from the city and since i don't usually go to the town unless i need some supplies so newspapers is not usually available.
