I can only see IJ influence in her, though that doesn't mean she is not a cross. Only person who can tell you that is the breeder. I have seen many jag siblings which show little if no sign of the coastal influence.
As for the yellow / white colourchange, IJs are known for this, though more in the patterning than the light parts. Its called metachrosis. And as for what type, I'm not sure what you are getting at here? There are, I suppose, two types of IJ, normal and reduced pattern. Out of those your's is clearly the normal. (Though a nice, and unusual example).
