oh wow! that is fantastic seeing one like that out in the wild! are they pretty common and readily found in the wild by you?...

Excellent pics you have there mate,

It is always nice to seem snakes in the wild and the ones you have posted are fantastic!!!!

Do you have anymore wild snake pics?

The womas are not rare but as I work in the area that they are found I am lucky to be able to save them from being removed from the wild or killed by people that do not know what they are, of course there are also some killers that demand a bit respect such as this King brown found in an earth stake pit.

Was just saying how I prefer seeing pictures of snakes outside rather than in a viv, living in a country like Australia surely can allow that all times of the year

i've never heard of the Uluru species but all i can say is they are amazing looking snakes

The Uluru is named after the location it is found ie; Uluru (Ayers rock).
Womas inhabit a vast area accross Australia & they vary immensely in their size & markings, the Uluru type are one of the smallest & darkest of all the womas, the SA type are the lightest & certainly the largest of all.
