LMAO SINCE WHEN HAS A BURM HIT 30FT AND SINCE WHEN HAS AFROCK HIT 30 FT ROTFLMFAO(PROBZ GET PROVED TAHT ONE HAS NOW BUT STILL I NEVE RHEARD OF ONE BEING TAHT BIG) YOU SURE YOUR NOT GETTING CONFUSED WITH RETICS EVEN A RETIC DONT NORMA GET MUCH MOR ETHAN 21 FT AND THATS A BIGGEN IN CAPTIVITY NORMALL WORLD RECORDS IS A 32 FT RETIC I THINK SO NOT VERY OFTEN YOU HAVE A 30 FT SNAKE

Yes 30 ft is at the limit of potential size maybe slightly over as you say,but the mention of an 8x4x4 viv being ok to keep even a 20/25 ft snake is surely questionable.

yes but what youve got to remeber is well yeah maybe but what youve gotemembe ris moslty 18 ft in captivity and i did not say a burm witt just over 30 ft lmao a burm wouldnt event ouch 30 ft i dont think not in captivity anywayz i think a 8x4x4 is fine i know many who keep burms in vivs of taht size and teh yfine people keep 18ft burms in them sized vivs as in captivity a burm will probz top out at 18ft if taht (not to good with burms never really researched em )but form what ive read and seen a 8x4x4 is load sof room fr a burm like i sed this is only a opinion each to there own sorta thing

The story that goes with that pic,written by the owner pictured should warn anyone of the dangers of these big species.He only just got out of the enclosure in time.Worth a read.

These species may do 'fine' or we could say 'survive' in 8x4x4 vivs,but can it really be said that we are providing truly tip top conditions?
