Default Wooden Vivs

Wooden Vivs, what's the general opinion?

I find them 2 hard to keep clean, I feel there suitable for dry desert species but nothing else.

I have my Leopard Gecko in the Wooden Viv. They're a lot cheaper and easier to make. Keeping them clean isn't that hard either. You just need to make an effort.

Melamine, Keep a corn snake in it.

Don't get me wrong it's not filthy or anything like that, and it's always cleaned as soon as the snake defecates.

I just think it's hard to get in there and clean it properly like I would with my plastic tanks

I have some wooden vivs and really struggle with the four foot ones. I find you almost have to climb in them to clean (not easy for me with mutiple joint problems) and my bci loves to tip her water out and floods the damn thing regularly, which is a nightmare to mop up!!!

My RUBs are much easier to keep clean and my exo terra too!

That's what I mean the plastic tanks I just take outside and hose them down, couldn't do that with wooden vivs though because they'd warp in no time.
Definitely wouldn't like to keep anything high humidity in them.
