Default recommended substrate for CRB and BCI?

Just wondering what substrate is the best for a CRB and a BCI?

Thanks.

I have bci's, BRB's and CRB's (and everything else) on Aubiose with no problems

Some people prefer bark etc for species that need higher humidity but I just prefer Aubiose,

Yes, but same as any substrate, do not feed on it for risk of ingestion.

I keep BCI on auboise and CRB on orchid bark. CRB is probably fine on either, but I find auboise + humidity = mushrooms. I find orchid bark is the best for holding moisture in without getting mold or mushrooms. (Literally mushrooms, found some about 6" tall in a RUB that wasn't properly ventilated housing a laying corn snake that needed a large humid moss box)
