its either been eaten somehow and is working it's way through, or has just worked it's way into the snakes 'bits' from him sitting on it (and might not be in too far at all), still not a good idea to try to pull it out though as you can't be sure.
i'd try a lukewarm bath to see if it shifts first - doesn't look like you'll be able to take it to the vets til tomorrow now anyway. hold off on feeding til it's sorted.
