Could it have been ingested and not passed through properly?

Feeding any snake on substrate other than newspaper or kitchen towel can be a bit dangerous doe to the high chances of ingestion; which can cause the substrate to impact in the intestines.

make sure you either feed on a bit of paper, a tile etc; or change the substrate for something safer.
