Yeah, it's a bummer. On the other hand my daughters like them, and my wife does like the Beardies, and for a wife who doesn't like snakes to tolerate her hubby having five constrictors and another on the way (and knowing I intend to try breeding them) ain't too bad.

good idea like, better if they were locks too.

like some1 has already said they are useless if your not in!

Not something i'd bother with... would rather just have the vivs locked than just be warned that they're now open. However they do make alot of noise and you will hear them all around your average house. Also if your local asda has the yellow "poundland" aisles they usually carry them for a quid too so pick em up with your chicken dippers and cans of fosters...

Hehe, I love those ASDA aisles! We got some car freshner things shaped like lizards from there!

We use wedges! Did have the metal locks that attatched to the glass, but when you opened one side, the other side opened too! grr!

Wedges were only about 60p for 2!

Haha, yeah the pound aisle has rewarded us with quite a few prizes over the years!
