Still it's a bit cheap asking if he'll drop the price seeing as he has gone to the bother of dropping them off at your place. If it were just the snakes at £140 (£70 each) you have quite a good deal. If theres a viv you've got an even better one.

he says that one of the glass pannels in the viv has a crack in it

i will be replacing that

i doubt ill see the guy again so might aswell try and get a better bargain

If you have agreed a price already which includes delivery then it is cheeky asking for him to drop the price. He's travelled to you on the basis of a confirmed cost.

If however you havent agreed to anything then yeh you can barter.

i agree with Kathrine just pay the man the full amount the last time i tryed to bargain with someone the price went up not down as he thot i was a cheeky ****.
