My leusistic Texas rat, Lucy, is a real softie. She's an 07 and I've had her 3 months now and everyone loves her. She's a very nosey girl, always watching what's going on around her.

We're got 3 lucy rat snakes, all of which are softies

That Rat is a really striking(pardon the pun) snake! Absolutely beautiful, i may be alone here but i think leucistic lends itself better to a slender snake, think balls can look a bit odd in white (would still trade my left nut for one though).

It may sound crude to reduce it all to £££'s, but for me the real attraction of a leucy is (should be) in its exclusivity. If you want a leucy royal you've either got to shell out several thousands on a visual or spend a couple of thousand on a pair of lessers (for example) and breed the leucy yourself a couple of years down the line.

You can pick up a leucy rat snake for less than a hundred quid! Where's the exclusivity in that?!?!?

The difference between the leucy royal and the leucy rat snake is like the difference between a diamond and a cubic zirconia in my opinion...both can look the part but they definitely aren't in the same league.
