Never had to deal with an RI myself so i cant advice anything that hasnt already been said. Hope shes ok!

How did you get on at the vets? any news on your BRB?

I would suggest that the temps are a little too high and that this may be adversely affecting the humidity also.

I would suggest 30 hotspot 25 cool end

sorry to hear you hace RI ,i would ask your vet to swap to Amikin instead of byitril , we was given Amikin for our EBT that had RI he made a full recovery took him around 6-7 days to stop weazing and blowing bubbles ,

UPDATE:



Just to let you all know, She is getting better.... yeee haaa

She shed completely yesterday and her head is almost back to normal.
Not sure whether to feed her or wait a bit as her breathing is still a bit wheezy. no bubbles of goo though.....

Awww glad to hear she's on the mend! You must have caught it quite quickly. Did the vet say why her head had swollen? I've never heard of this in an RI unless maybe mouth rot was involved too? You could always try her with a small meal, if she feels up to it, she'll take it, if she's still feeling under the weather, she may ignore it but her appetite should return as she beats the infection. How are you finding it giving the meds?

She is a big girl... about 7'... i may try her on a rat tonight...
not sure about the swollen head but it went back to almost normal again... we had her out last night, as we needed to clean her out...(one giant poo...lol...) and get the shed out... she was happy and as friendly as normal...
