seems a sensiable idea for areas where both dog walking and adders are common.

I was thinking if they put up warning signs and then somones dog get bitten and gets very ill or worse, is it possable that the owner could be done for somthing along the lines of neglect? i.e could it be seen the same as say leaving a dog in a hot car?
