hi there, ive got a new project on the go to house an adult royal possibly a pair. Would i be right in thinking a ceramic with a dimming stat is the way to go? im unsure on wattages though 60 or 100w? any advice appreciated

pusle stat is best with ceramics (think there may be dimming equivelent pulses though)
reckon u need 150W for that size
and how about some nice l.e.d. lighting? looks cool
