Default male bumese sexual maturity

at what age do male burmese become sexually mature. is different from females?

very different, most males are sexcually mature at 12 months old.

In most Burmese the males become sexually active once they reach a length of around 6 foot.Depends on how fast you grow it up to when it will become sexually mature

thats great thanks. would it be possible to breed a 15 ft female with a 4 ft male or is the size difference a bit too much.

i would wait till he is a little older as at that size as a normal burmese he is still a bit to small.Give it another few months depending on feeding or preferrably wait till next year

forget that last thread. you answered before i wrote it>lol. iv been trying to find a desent male for a while now and have just found a cb 07 at last. looks like i will have to wait till next year to breed. bugga was really looking forward to breeding my first burms.

what would come out of breeding a common albino female with a 100% het normal male burm?

i think you would get 50% albino and 50% het albinos. but im not too sure as i was told this by a reptile shop

isnt that what you would get if you bred a normal with an albino? i thought it would be different % due to the male being 100% het

no if you bred a normal to a albino all the hatchlings would be 100% het albino
