i was hoping to cover all

adults
yellow rats
and everglades

male and female or two females.

either- yellowxeverglades
2 yellows or 2 everglades

If they're adults that removes the concern about premature breeding and cannibalism (for the most part).

A male (whether known male or missexed as female) may harass the female to breed.
They WILL compete for the best locations in the viv (it's not cuddling, it's competition for who gets to sit on the couch. Ever play the "he's on my side" game with your younger siblings?)

If they're mixed species and mixed sex they WILL breed and produce hybrid offspring.

I personally wouldn't do it, but as far as ticking the boxes go housing two adult females together is probably the LEAST harmful form of cohabitation.

there are far more things that could go wrong that there are benefits to the SNAKES, which is what it's all about to me.

simple answer is NO, although some people do keep em together, you have to think about illness, feeding, mating etc etc.
