Default Learned my lesson

I had an eventful day today, I was just admiring my snake again and though I'd leave the sliding panel open whilsit I sit beside the vivarium on the net....I obviously let my eyes of the vivarium cus when I looked in he was gone....idiot I know, but what I also noticed is that sometime lastnight/early today he shed for the first time since I got him - I was all happy and then remembered that he got out lol. I lifted everything off my floor - started looking behid my chest of drawer and all random places, I looked behind my wardrope and notcied that for some reason theres a whole in the skirting board that leads into my brothers room, after alot of searching I finally found him hiding underneath my brothers bed - twas a relief to find him....I dnt think I'll be making this mistake again lol.

Yeah - I'm really glad to have gotten him back, such a relief. Now I can go about being happy about his 1st shed .

Good to hear you found him.

I never take my eyes off mine for a second when the vivs are open, ive seen how quick they can move when they actually want to.

The only exception being my Royal, made the mistake of leaving the glass ajar a couple of times now (the catch sometimes sticks as your closing it and slides the glass about an inch or so the opposite end). Once over night too! Im just lucky he dosent move alot as i found him curled up in his hide on both occasions without even having noticed.

We had a young corn go missing for 16 months when I was a kid, must have found a mouse nest or something because she was in good condition when we eventually found..well should I say, when she eventually revealed herself in the magazine rack!!
