They are much the same. A lot like Lesser Platinum and Butter are to one another.

I may be mixing names with you. I'm not sure how you describe each morph.
You have a Cinnamon Pastel (Known as a Cinnamon, at short) and a Black Pastel. Black Pastel are a bit more expencive, usually around 500 for a male.

Cinnamons are known as Black Pastels.

They produce much the same. However Pewters and Supers come out darker, from a Black Pastel.

As Robbie says, Cinnamons and Black Pastels are very similar, but in fact different morphs, with Black Pastels producing darker combinations.

Okay then so explain to me what you mean by your prices.

NERD : This morph does not involve the Pastel Jungle gene, and due to this, many breeders have dropped "pastel" from the name.

So isnt a cinny pastel and a cinnamon the same thing..... so wouldnt have a different price.

Please Clarify....

Cheers

I am wrong about the cinnys and black pastels, although i what i said was not wrong how i said it was...

My prices? i said in my opinion, from what i have seen.

To be totally honest i am confused on cinnamons and black pastels right now.

And does black pastel have a visually diffrent homozygous? Any pictures?

Never looked at Black Pastels or cinnamons in detail...leave this one to the bigger guys

As of 2005..........the Cinnamon Pastel aka Black Pastel have both proved to be co-dom...the "Super Cinny" and "Super Black Pastel" are both dark chocolate colored patternless snakes. The "Pewter" from each line looks different to some degree...........Pewter being a Pastel x Cinny or a Pastel x Black Pastel...........the difference is not extreme in the Pewters..........also the "Supers" from each line are slightly different.........some say that one Super is darker than the other?.........more brown......more black.........

I think according to this thay are very similar.... except a cinny has more brown and a black pastel more black.
