poor snake, its owner needs shooting. i know ur not sposed 2 chuck live mice in anyway but if ur going to u need 2 keep an eye on it 2 make sure that dont happen dont ya.

it would have done tht coz the live food was prob to large. im strongly against live feeding unless its absolutly nessesary

I had a wild mouse once actually chew through the back board to a viv and end up getting more than he bargained for when he met my boa!! Suffice to say we didnt see him again! Well when i cleaned out axel i did sort of.

If the snake is not ready to feed it will not strike at the rat/mouse. In the wild you wouldnt get a rat/mouse going upto a snake and start attacking it, it isnt programmed into a snake to attack a rat when it isnt hungry, and as you see it can lead to the snake being bitten to death.... poor lil fella
