frontline.
personally i would have used it when i first found the mites, only other method i found that worked was olive oil but it was very time consuming, more stressful for the snake, and they tended to have a very bad shed afterwards. since using frontline i have never looked back.

Get a cotton bud dipped in Ivomec and gently pull the skin back around the eye and wipe the mites off with the cotton bud.

you dont need to use it on the head / eyes. if you use spot on then just a spot behind the head and one half way down the body, if you use the spray then use a cotton bud and put a small stripe of it down the snakes back. always works for me and the zoo that told me to use it this way...

Default Ivomec

Shouldn't Ivomec be diluted? I've not had a mite problem but the very knowledgeable pet shop dude learned the hard way. Used neat it burns the snake's right off, apparently.
