not sure what would have cause it but after a regurge it's best to wait 14 days before offering food again (that's 14 days from the regurge!), if you don't give the snake's digestive system time to recover after the first regurge it's unable to start digesting the next meal and so will regurge again.
a few things that could cause a regurge are- if the snake does not get warm enough to digest, if the snake is stressed shortly after feeding (by handling, moving etc), if the food item is too big or too many items fed at one time or if the food item has started to go bad.
hope some of this helps!

You say the temps and humidity are fine ... but what are they ? at the warm end and cool end.

Do you turn the heating off at night ? if so what does it drop to ?

What is she being fed at the minute? What time was left between the 2 regurges?

Gonna keep my eye on this one, cos one of my Rosies regurged last feed too, and it always worries me, specially - as you say as well, when nothings changed.
