Point 1 - yes, it is a grass snake.
Point 2 - Can I please dispel the myth about selling? Providing the animal was born/bred/hatched in captivity it can be legally sold. FORGET 1st/2nd/3rd/whatever is in fashion generation, it ain't so! Not that I am saying it is right, but legally it is not wrong. And venom-wise? They have no method of delivery.
