He definitly needs a mate..thats why he"s so restless. In the wild males cover miles seeking out female company. try and look in classifieds or your yellow paper and see how you go. Although milks are related to kings, they can be kept quite saftley in pairs...or so i was told anyway!!

He is a male, like all males of ALL species he will remain horny untill he can't get it up.

noooo Kings and milks can definitely not be kept in pairs they are of the few types of snakes that are truely canabalistic and should only be put together after a cooling period for mating and then separated again.

lol although there are some people who no doubt have done it i would definitely recommend NOT keeping pairs together,,even with the cooling period and everything being in pretty much ideal circumstances my female pueblan was having none of it this year and it was pretty much impossible to breed them after the 2nd attempt because she kept trying to eat the male..you dont NEED to breed your male, but thats the explanation for why hes restless!you'll know once he starts to calm down because he'll start accepting his food again..

If you do decide to get him a mate to let him have some sexy, sexy time, be prepared for the worst as they are ophiophagus (snake eaters).

I'm well aware why the Milk is acting as he is.

Also, my vet is an exotics specialist
