I don't think it's right buying so many animals that you don't know you can house.

I have a three bedroom house and i'd struggle to house 4,5,6,7,8 or however many tegus you have now!

Let me know if you need any help with the retics or viper boas, viper boas can be pesky little critters, how much information did you get on them? If they are recent imports not LTC defrost feeders you could be in for fun and games at a different level to thast which you're used to.

Did they tell you how long any of that stuff has been in and what treatments they have had? All of that stuff is WC (bar the royals who will be CF), and judging by the weight and condition of the water monitors they at least are recent imports.

You may well have just landed yourself with 25 animals all of whom need worming and treating for other paresites before sale (and definately before getting anywhere near your exsisting lizard/snake collection, please don't house those tegs IN WITH or near any of the others)

this was me, he was very helpfull and nice while i was handing over cash but the aftersales were rubish. I bought an adult female boa off him and within 2 weeks an abcess burst in her mouth which overall cost e near £1000 i vet bills. I contacted him and he wasnt interested, i even got a report off my vet to say that there was no way that abcess had occured in the length of time i had owned the snake and that it had been there a long while and he still wasnt interested, basically telling me tuff poop.

i am contemplating getting a pair of the balis from them and have only spoken through email...in the pics he sent to me they do look in excellent condition! i am not 100% yet as i will need to have them couriered as he is over 3.5 hours from me! and this means i cant actualy see before i buy! (which i normaly steer very clear of!) so if anyone has been in and seen the balis could they tell me HONESTLY if they are in as good a shape as they looked in the pics? i cast no opinion on the shop or owner as i have never been or even spoken to them properly, but i have had my eye out for balis for a while now, and if they are in good shape and well kept i may take the "risk" on buying a pair...

They can only be in as good a shape as they were when they were in the wild a few days/weeks/months back. Ask him how long they have had them, what he's done regarding treatments and what they are eating, how many times they have fed.

Ask for the ones with the most meals under their belt and no scars or marks.

Personally though i'd avoid WC stuff sight unseen unless it from a source you know and trust.
