Default How do you tell the difference???

Ok i am wondering what are the differences between a BCI and a hog island boa.

Is there any way to tell them appart ?

a hog island boa is a dwarf BCI i think and is substantially saller than common BCI

as sam said they are both BCI.

and the hogg island is slightly dwarf

hogg islands should be smaller when adults but there is exceptions to all growth in boas.
you can usually spot a hogg island by the lack of black in the colour and this can vary quite a bit from one hogg to another as some are very milky and others more rusty. they are a natural hypo.

here is a picture of light hogg island and a dark hogg island both really lacking colour... and a hypo as most will recognize (salmon hypo/orange tail hypo) with lots of orange and a normal for comparison (the normal is a very clean one but still shows you the depth of colour that is lost with the hoggs.
