double adapter??

Terminal block?

Wiring both into one plug? (not sure how safe that is though)...

Are both the mats the same size and wattage; and are both the vivs/tubs the same size?

For same wattage/tub size etc i simply use an adaptor directly into the stat socket

As long as the heat mats are in/for the same viv and the sensor is taking a reading for the same space and only, then you could use a plug splitter as long as the watts on the mats combined was/is not exceeding the rating of the stat, if you want to regulate the temp in two zones you'd need 2 sensors/stats to control temps safely as one could be influenced differently than the other, especially if the vivs are different sizes.

Actually, as far as I am aware it is perfectly fine to use one stat to power multiple vivs as long as everything is constant.

This means the same sized vivs...same sized heat mat and the same wattage output...and also importantly...the same species being kept in the viv...

As long as the one probe sensor from the one thermostat being used is placed correctly (and thus correctly controlling and maintaining the temps in the viv it is placed in) then all the other vivs will also be maintained correctly...
