Smile Corn snake

Hi, I am new to this forum as I keep phasmids at the moment, So, Hello!

I am looking to get a Corn snake in the next month and I have never kept snakes before. I stay in East Kilbride, near Glasgow and was wondering if anyone would recommend a good breeder/ store in or near Glasgow I could get one from.

Thanks
Gill

Just 1 bit of advice do lots of research into corn snakes before you get one. They arnt hard to look after but need the correct care.

I do know of a breeder in Glasgow. This may suit you better? If so, give me a pm and I will give you details

Default Corns..

Hi,
Check out ThistleReptiles, they are pretty close to Erskine, they have some lovely corns available now too. Have fun choosing!

Thanks for the info, I appreciate any advice given!
Don't worry, I intend to have the viv completely set up and temp regulated with hot and cooler area before I go to purchase a cornsnake.
I like to know I can provide for an animal before I get one.
Any advice on substrate for a cornsnake? I have heard not to use Oak as it goes acidic when wet.

Thanks again
Gill
