I'd say anything over 4ft is a little big for even big adults, unless its jam packed with hides and other decorations.
2 can be kept together but there can be problems and things you need to bear in mind with this so read up on these and make your own mind up. I cant picture how big 1.25ft is in my head so not sure if this would be too low really, but then royals arn't really designed to climb so it may work...? You could always split it in half length-ways to start, house them in either side and this will give you plenty of time to buy/build another viv ready for when they outgrow their divided one ![]() They are great snakes to keep mind and get to a nice size (but then im not as fussed on thinner snakes) and the only downside with them really is their fussy feeding but this just comes with keeping a royal

Id fill the viv with all sorts of custom made hides, decorations, plants, etc so hopefully it would feel completely secure, and safe, my main thought for housing two together was mainly due to the size of the viv and i have read it can be done with alot of success, i do plan to do ALOT!!! of research as i do before i get any rep, but im becoming more keen on dividing the viv into 2 vivs i must admit lol
