just out of interest
my snakes eyes have turned blue and the skin has faded slightly. how long approximalty does it take for the skin to start peeling?

Hi There,
Dependin on how long the snake has been in blue? I would say approx. 3-4 Days. Your snake will go back to normal, after about 1-2 days, then an other 1-2 days after this, the snake will shed. People tend to panic when the snake looks normal again with out finding any skin in the cage (I remember I did). Just either provide a humid hide (moss or damp kitchen roll in a hide) or spray a little at one end to boost humidity up to aid shedding. Scott

could be a couple of days or or weeks, but usually a week. eyes clear up a day or 2 before it happens, then they rub their heads about and climb out through their own mouths!
