my lad loves a big soak in the bath only trouble is i can never get him back out its the only time he shows aggresion

mine seems to enjoy a short bath, looks great swimming around, but usually trys climbing out after a couple of mins swimming round.

turkish, you got any pics of yours in the bath?

cant imagine him even fitting in a bath

nope ive got a pic of him in the shower tray somewhere i plug the bottom up fill it with water and away he goes works really well for the tegus too they splash a bit

Did the burm have old skin from a previous shed on it then? Because otherwise the snake's skin should have been dry? and if it seemed dehydrated then you would have been better off giving it a large water bowl

I only say because giving a snake a bath a day after you get it can be quite stressful for them, I would only consider it if they had an old shed on their body.

i would never gave it a bath with out having nothing on it. there were patches of skin along the body which were quite small and nothing major but its still old skin.

sorry for asking but you know theres people who think their snakes actually enjoy a bath because they do

yeah thats fine. mine wont be having a bath for a while now anyway. turned out he took a load of water down the spat it all back up after when he was around my neck. dirty git put it everywhere and all over me lol.

yummy XD, I've bathed PB before because she had a crap shed and she totally splashed me. She was not impressed XD
