Planning on having a grey rat snake, then?

That said, an eight-foot Grey is rather like having a seven-foot human... it happens, but it's not necessarily the norm.

agreed The key word is occasionally. More often than not they'll be 6 feet as adults... but will keep growing and may well get to 8 feet if they get to be a ripe old age.

I recently had two grey rats, but as i'm getting into amphibian and lizard breeding, I have given them to a better owner (which is Tomcat on here)

The male (which i was told was female by the horrible person i got it off) is around the 5-6ft mark.
The other one which i never got chance to take home and took straight to tom (to then open to bag at toms to find a very skinny and more than likely old, half blind snake that id been paying upkeep for the past 6 months for) and she was pretty long, around 7.5ft or so, Tomcat will probs measure her sooner or later!!!

She was a very beautiful old lady though! (well i assume she was a she lol xD)

I had several grey rats over the years.
Most were "she oak" phase and only grew to about 5 foot.
