It may be worth covering her faunarium with a towel or something and leaving her overnight to eat. Or putting her into a smaller tub overnight with her food.

Have you tried gerbils or multis? Some snakes seem to like gerbils but can be hard to get them off again, so perhaps save that idea until you really have no other choice....

As said before, if there is no weight loss then try not to worry too much, just keep offering weekly...
