Because some snakes enjoy the scenery and nice smells, specially if you drive by chinese / indian restaurants

Thumbs up

another way that works [for me] is thawing the food then refreezing it, it seems to work for my royal, i also read it in the ball python manual.

Angry madagascay hoggy problems

Hi to all, I am very green to this site and have logged into to get some advice. I am not that experienced with problem feeders or snakes, really. I have recently got a corn for my children and then asked friend to try and get me a hognose. It turned up, I felt obliged to take it(friends run the shop), and it it very underweight,(felt sorry for him too). Found out it was a madagascay one, got advice, been told it prob came from the wild and isnt eating except for live food or frogs/fish. I know its early days(I have only had him for 2days and house is noisy and smelly), but as he is so thin I HAD to try and see if he would feed. He wont, wasted food, tried the tuna oil trick...should i get a frog from the garden? what?!!! I am so worried about him, he is as thin as my corn who is about 15months, and about the same length, maybe not as as long. Strong and friendly, but his skin seems crumpled when he curled up, like it is loose on him. Friend felt him and said he feel 'empty'.........feel awful for him....prob havnt posted this in right place either, which is adding to my frustration.....any advice?send me whatever!!!!!
