I want the first questions.
Substrate- whats best to use? I use aspen at the moment and the chap sheds fine but he has a big water bowl. Should I consider using a more humidity friendly substrate?
Basking spot- mine is 90f, some caresheets suggest higher and some lower. Is mine ok?

Substrate, I personally use Newspaper.. I dont add extra humidity because I feel that they don't need it.
I know some keepers disagree on Aspen but I have used it without any problems..
Basking spot, If shes feeding and looking happy dont worry

I do like to keep my Jag quite humid and find Orchid Bark works well, and I have the same basking temp.

This is what I do, newspaper and room humidity.

I use aspen in some, newspaper in others. Small are racked with no basking spot - heat mat under one end. Large are viv'd. 90f hot spot.
Have never worried about humidity except with hatchlings - I keep these damp until they have had their first slough/feed.
