Yep, every one of my snakes has its own book. Feeds, sheds, weights, breeding info, any vet info and, for boas and pythons poo info too! If I sell the snake, the book goes with them as a full feeding, breeding and health record.
I also feed on varying days due to my shift patterns, and keep a calender on the wall that says who fed when, and who is due to feed, and who declined to feed. I know what items to get out to defrost each day without going through all the diaries, and can see at a glance who I can get out to handle. Dont know what I'd do without both diaries and calender.

I'm using Google Docs to store the records in a spreadsheet.
