I know it's not exactly in the West Midlands but Scales and Tails in Leicester is excellent. Great selection of animals, super-clean, really friendly and have given me loads of great advice. Well worth a look if you are ever visiting the Leicester area.

shropshire exotics in newport will get u ANYTHIN u want provided u have the experience, reli nice knowledgable people. this shop has also been rated 1 ov the best in the area by mark o'shea

Shirley Aquatics near Solihull and Prestwood Petzone near Stourbridge are both pretty good.

ive been to birmingham reptiles and pets in erdington a few times

Shirley aquatics, prestwood petzone, ravin reptiles. All really friendly but do get a bit hectic sometimes.
