have redone the opening post from last year and changed/added info where applicable. If there are things still to ask then by all means ask away on here or by pm.

As a lot of you will know, last year between a group of Four of us did the corn snake savings scheme. This year I plan to do my own version, including a few royal pythons, of course you will still have access to the snakes the other guys are breeding but it will now all be done seperately by each person.
In the last few years, I had been asked on occasions if I would do a payment plan in order to sell corns, so last year we went for it as a group, and on the hole it was a success. Yes there were hickups, and I plan to do as much as I can to cut these out.
The corns for sale will all belong to and be bred by myself (Nigel Gooding), ALL will be uk produced, and in all cases you will be able to see both parents, and it some cases also siblings from previous years matings.

Along with this, you will be able to choose a snake from a clutch, feed and shed sheets, weights where taken, and het and possible het details will all be provided. This time I will not be doing seperate pictures for people to choose, but people can by all means choose in person on collection... but, now that I will be doing this myself Knowing me I will end up doing pictures, I just am not planning to. I will automatically choose the snake that I feel is the better one for each person in line, so 1st comers should get slightly better quality, but as most of you know, the quality will be very impressive anyway.
Prices will be competative and in a lot of cases cheaper than imports (when fees added).

The way it will work is simple.. I will provide a full list of what I am breeding. This will be as comprehensive as possible, showing what hatchlings I expect from each pairing, but will be updated nearer the time once the snakes start hatching.

So, WHAT do you have to do? well, pay a small deposit of £25 , and after this pay as and when you want or can afford to. You can pay in one go, or pay the rest on delivery/collection of your snakes. I would like to say There is no risk, and of course as far as I am concerned there isnt, especially after last year, but for the sake of one or two that will attempt to be kill joys for me I have to say there is obvious a small risk that I will let you down and run away with all your money. To avoid too many extra bookings, I will take only orders for each clutch that I feel may happen, i.e if I had a clutch of lavenders I would not take orders for more than 10 snakes until I knew for certain how many there were in the clutch, or if I was doing a pair of het normals then there may only be one snake of the planned morph, so I wont take orders for 5/6 in those cases.
If the snakes do not produce, you simply get all your money back, and the same if the clutch is a very small one and I cannot fullfill your requests.
Orders will be taken in the order they are received, each person who puts there name down for a certain morph will then have their name put next to that one in the order they requested it, there will be NO reservations without a deposit.
Payments will go straight from your account into my account via a bank transfer,postal order, cheque, cash or paypal, I will not be charging the 3.6% on paypal fees to the buyer, these will all be paid my end, at the same time when sending back deposits I will send back the amount I received, i.e if you send £25 I will recieve £23.80 ish, I will then send this back to you which you will be charged on, so you would receive £22.50 or so back. Anything on top of this, I will take the hit, so if you have paid everything then I will send you the whole lot back at the correct amount, in this case I will lose out big time on fees but you will not lose a penny.This obviously means I would prefer bank transfers. You will be updated with emails or pms of confirmation of the amount I am holding each time there is a new payment made.

Most of the corn snakes here are from some of the biggest named breeders in the USA, so very good stock, joe pierce, carol huddlestone (LBR), Vincent Ritchie, Lee abbott, Serpenco, the later being quite significant as Rich of serpenco is selling up now to retire, so dont be fooled into thinking you cannot find his line of corns, there will be many here... there will be other people I havent mentioned there too.
Most of my royals will be from Bob Clark, so obviously I cannot gaurentee where they were from initially but you will get the same deal as with the corns with regards to feeding etc.

There will be the opportunity of delivery to all mainland areas in the UK, this will be done via a licenced vehicle for animal carrying, so I can do this myself and my good friend Dave (ferrert1959 off the forum) will be involved.
The cost of delivery will be £30, no more no less, so if you feel that you will be better off collecting, then Northampton will be your collection point, OR I will attend a few of the major shows, Doncaster, Brentford, West Mids, maybe one other. I will also attend Houten for my european friends. ALL snakes will need to have been collected/delivered by the time the Houten show is done, this will be the 2nd week of October. By then your snakes will mostly be on fluffs and I will have lost a lot on feeding them, and you will be receiving snakes a lot bigger than the ones you thought you were getting, which is great for you but I have to think of things my end.

ALL snakes sold come with the usual gaurentees, all snakes will be feeding on defrosted pinks and will have shed at least once, along with being in perfect health.
Please think carefully on this as once you have paid the deposit it will not be returned, unless I do not produce ANY of the snakes requested, BUT as with this year I had a couple where people just took a snake at the price of £25 so therefor didnt lose out at all.

Make sure you read all of this twice to be certain you understand, I am happy to help out people, but at the same time are not looking to be messed about. You will receive feedback from myself if needed when you have the snakes.
All questions will be answered, as I are bound to have forgot some details here.
This will run between myself named above and the sellers, no one else, bank, rfuk or anyone else will be involved, all monies will be held by Nigel in a special set up account.

The list will be updated again in december as I have invested in a few male snakes to increase some of my chances of greater morphs in some clutches, this will be done in december as I do not know the size of the snakes I am getting, I presume they will be of breedable size but will update when I know.

Hi sounds GREAT im looking to aquire a female visual morph bally python...... do you have any ideas on your breeding plan for balls and prices? pm me.

prices on corns i can do early new year, i will then know with pretty good certainty what will breed, royal wise i cant give out prices a year in advance as i simply dont know the market, but i can say i will match whatever the going uk rates are, or a bit under maybe.
some we are looking at:-
yellow belly pair.. should breed.
albino female to male pied, if the pied dont make size then we may go albino to albino.
if the pied male is ready he he will go with my female het that should make weight.
we could have black eyed from the fires, if the male fire dont make size then maybe firefly.
there should be bumblebees from pastel to spider
There will be at least 4, upto about 8 normal females, so will have a play around with a few of those, maybe another clutch of spiders, het pieds, het albinos?.. all depends if any other 09 males make size.. i do have genetic stripe male that will breed too, so he may well be used.
There are a lot of ifs and buts, so we'll have to wait and see really what will be ready.

I will put up a comprehensive list of projected corns and royals sometime in the next few days, these will show cleary what snakes are proven, what are of size, and what may make weight. There may be a couple of options on some of the snakes that are boarderline weight, so I should have a back up idea in case of both/or either snakes not being suitable maturity and size. watch this space.
Deposits have started to be taken already, so now is fine to join.

i'm feeding tonight, so i'll be weighing every snake as they are empty, not the younger males as they will be 100 odd grams.
then i'll have a much better idea what way i may be working

hi jen, there will hopefully be a good selection of cinder hets. I have also just got info on those other mal adults i have bought, so i will update my list soon as possible.. it will give me a lot more visual corns than i would have been expecting.

I'm already in again this year and will recommend Nige to anyone. Great communication, no messing about and fantastic snakes to boot!

If your after some top quality corns at seriously competitive prices then this is the scheme for you.

Top man, top corns. You will not be disappointed!
