I always warm the mice up when feeding any of my snakes as it gives a better feeding response to the picky eaters. I have the water hot, but not so hot when put my finger in I without scream in pain. I find that the best way to gauge the heat of the water.

Ho well here goes I start with cold water for 10 mins (yes it dose start to defrost aswell) and then I add warm water to the cold 30 Min's later all nice and soft and warm......Brian


( Thats for mice if rats or quail tuff I leave out feed next day)

I leave some of mine on an extra heat pad. THe larger ones I put in bags in a tub of water (as mentioned).
