Howdy all,

Random question possibly, but yea know how dogs cross breed like a Boxer dog and a poodle and stuff? Do snakes do the same?

Like a conda and a retic? etc etc.

Just something random i was thinking today whilst i should have been working

In a sence you'd view Albino Retic and striped Retic'etc'etc as breeds so to speak. As a boxer and a poodle are differant versons of the same species.
As are Albino Retic and striped Retic differant versons of the same species.

A Anaconda X Reticulated python would be a Hybrid. But likely hood of getting offspring very, very low if ever coz Condo = live young and Retic = Egg layer.

But there are meny hybrids out there. And some you'd maybe not expect.
For example Retic X Burm,Royal X Woma,Royal X Carpet,Conda X Rainbow,Indian X Burm,Red rat x Cali king'etc'etc.

what about anaconda x boa? think i read somewhere that anacondas could be closely related to pythons even though anacondos are live bearers. As the word anaconda originated in Sri Lanka which means python.
