Iv met Jenny too... I would have never believed that she could do something like this. But here in lies the proof of Lacey (the snake I was told was DEAD) is alive and well with her new owners.

The facts are staring you in the face in the form of pictures and Jennies unlikely story in which she contradicts her self more than once or twice!

BTW being a victim is a point of view... a state of mind. Not everyone who goes through a rough patch, gets slagged or experiences hard ships etc will refer to themselves as a victim...

I've read both sides, studied the pictures, etc and it's obvious who is talking crap and it's not montage (sorry don't know your name).

I don't know either party, have never dealt with or spoken to either so can be completely impartial here, Jenny is talking out of here arse and giving the op the run around - simple as that.

No if I'm wrong I will publicly apologies to Jenny, but to be honest I can't see that being the case.

i don't want to get involved but as my name has Bean mention Meany of times I'm as well saying what i know so just to let yous know i am the one who bought Lacey and if this isn't Lacey well i got the wrong caresheets with the snake cos it had a lavender corn and its name was Lacey on the caresheet

People need to realise that any pet, even reps are a commitment. They aren't a novelty to be brought and sold on when something better catches the eye. If you buy something as a pet, you keep it as a pet, the only reasons for selling it on should be a change in personal circumstances which would prevent you from providing due care and attention to the animal.
Breeders are a bit different of course, animals are brought as an investment and are better off in new homes if they the rep dosn't fit into breeding plans.
That said everyone and his wife seems to be calling themselves a breeder now a-days......

I totally agree. My animals are MY animals, I've raised them from neonates, and I'll continue to do so until they die. I'm planning on relocating to the US, and taking them with me, at a huge expense to myself, much more than they are worth financially. But they will come with me, providing they are healthy enough for the stress of the journey, which I have no reason to believe they won't be.

Thanks Mark. I really appreciate all your help and very quick responses to my bazillion questions. I have asked everything I could possibly think of to 100% confirm it was Lacey, and you have done that for me.

I am just so pleased to know she is in a great home that has no intention of moving her on in the near future

Can I just ask, if you don't want to answer publicly I completely understand, but how much did you pay for Lacey?

what an utterly bizzare tale! but glad to hear the snake is alive and now has a perment loving home! personally I find the idea of buying and selling snakes on as not an option and pray that I never have to sell any of mine for any reasons but can understand sometimes personal circumstances make it impossible and some times it is the best thing for the snake ... but to say it was dead? presumebly because she hadnt given you first refusal and thus (asumming you never found her out) avoiding an arguement?

well at least now the snake is looked after and you know shes alive and well still a horrible thing to do tho!
