Default info and advice required

Just got into snake keeping this year and am looking for some helpful tips from all you pro's out there. I have a pair of I J carpets aprox 3 years old both strike feeding well they are very placid snakes and handle realy well, I also have 3 young jungle carpets 2 female and 1 male aprox 12 - 18 months old. 2 are quite nippy but feed well, they take small mice or rat pups, the other is a bit fussy but is a lot easier to handle. I am looking to breed them at some point so if anyone can give me some tips on pairing times, breeding seasons, temp settings etc I would be most greatful.
