I agree - it's a corn snake, but it's not one who just happened to get the long pretty head. Yes, certain localities of corn in the wild do have bodily differences - some are short and tubby, some are long and slender, some have long heads and some have stubby ones. It doesn't have 'rat snake eyebrows'.

Suppose it COULD have great plains in it somewhere.... but it looks like a Ghost or Anery corn to me.

the man at the shop did say it might be from a corn that bred with a rat snake, but he wasnt sure i dont think he owned the shop just worked there

If it was an albino black rat, it'd have pink saddles with no apparent bordering. It's got grey saddles with black borders, so it can't be an amelanistic black rat.

It has... the Arrow, this is a good way of extigusing as corn from a rat snake.

It's not a rat snake, I would say a corn.

yeah I would go with corn snake. could posably have a little rat in there somwhere that is dulling the colours down, maybe a corn X rat crossed back to a corn again, but the corn arrow head marking, although dull, is definetly there and complete. if it was a straight corn X rat I would expect it to be broken.
